What’s new and we open on Wednesday Dec. 28

We had a chance to play with food with the time off and have come out with two new wings.

Panko is finally on the menu since it is our namesake after all.  It is also  Fried Chicken done our way .

We have called it Wings Katsu with a coating of panko for crunch and it’s pretty good. We’ve not tampered with the panko by adding stuff to it and just kept it pristine. We are, however adding a sambal dipping sauce to accompany the wings.

The other wing is our version of the Filipino classic Chicken Adobo done in the wing style. We’ve added coconut milk to lessen the vinegar kick and spiced it up a bit…masarap which means delicious.

Remember, we are closed on Tuesday for cleanup.
