It came about whilst eating a wing at another joint (no pun intended) which I will not name.
I use a white tea, powdered ginger, mint, orange peel, lime peel, lemon peel but I took out the lemongrass because it really didn’t need it and I replaced the brown sugar with blue agave.
When you bite into it, it taste like
chicken just kidding…it actually is a very delicate and is like tea with ginger, lemon and honey.
It’s a dry wing just like our green.
