Ok,  so I’ve been avoiding doing wings Italian style. Our menu has been predominantly towards the Asian “taste profile”. Well, it stops right now. I’m attracted to the simplicity of the cuisine so here goes…the first volley over the bow:

Garlic Parmesan Wings

garlic/extra virgin olive oil/red wine vinegar/parmesan cheese/black pepper/herb blend but no spice flows here…it’s not SPICY!
