Vegetarian Wings, I will make

I will start developing a vegetarian wing. I am thinking of combining taro with tofu. It will however be fried in the same oil as the regular chicken wings. Give me about a week or two to introduce it at the store. Taro will give it a much more meaty consistency plus taste.  I will try not to disappoint.

The oil issue was what was keeping us from attempting the vegetarian wing but from what most of you have told us, both on Facebook and privately, it is not that much of an issue.
